Guests

Only the person receiving the service is permitted at the appointment. Children and guests are not permitted as they may be a safety hazard.
*This policy is waived in cases of minors, as they must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
A guest may also be permitted for individuals with disabilities that need accommodations during their visit.

Booking/Payment

A card on file is required at time of booking. This card will only be charged in the event of a cancellation without proper notice.

Accepted payment methods are: credit/debit card, cash, venmo & apple pay.

No refunds are given for services rendered.

Late/Cancellation

Cancellation within 24 hours of my appointment time will result in a cancellation fee of 50% of the service(s) booked.

Clients who are 10 minutes or more late will have their appointment canceled and the 50% no show/cancellation fee will be applied.

If card declines for cancellation fee, that total will be due before any other bookings will be accepted.

3 or more last minute cancellations or 10+ minutes late occurrences will result in being blocked from booking.

Foreign Fills

Lash extension fills from other studios are accepted at the discretion of the service provider. If the provider does not feel comfortable working over the existing lash set, a complimentary removal is available for clients that decide to get a full set.

Forms & Waivers

All new clients are required to complete the Policy Agreement & any forms applicable to services booked prior to the day of their appointment.

Forms must be updated if there are changes to the information, and once yearly if there are no changes.
