Lashes

Extensions or lift, which is your lash vibe?

What is the difference between a lash lift & lash extensions?

Lash Lift

A lash lift is a semi-permanent treatment that elevates your natural lashes by redirecting the hair either mid shaft or from the root depending on the lift type (traditional lift or Korean lift technique). The result is longer looking defined lashes without the need for daily curling or mascara (if you add a tint!).

This low maintenance service helps visually open up the eyes and creates a fresh effortless look.

Spectre Esthetics uses both traditional and Korean lifting techniques & products. Your lash artist will assess your eyes & lashes to determine which lifting method is recommended for best results!

Lash Extensions

Lash extensions are synthetic fibers that can be applied to the natural lash to enhance your volume, length, and fullness, or eye shape.

At Spectre Esthetics, both traditional and UV applications are available giving you the option to choose what method you prefer! The traditional application uses a glue that cures using the humidity and temperature of the environment. UV application uses a glue that is light cured and not dependent on the environment.

Using the application method you prefer, your lash artist will attach an extension to every healthy natural lash in your desired style.

Appointment Length & Maintinance Timing

Lash Lift

A lash lift appointment is completed within an hour.

The lifespan of a lift can be anywhere from 4-8 weeks depending on aftercare, lash growth and lift type. With that in mind SE recommends that you book your next lift for 6-8 weeks after your original lift.

Lash Extensions

An initial lash extension appointment (full set) books for 3 hours to allow for your lash artist to cover 100% of your healthy lashes. For maintenance (fill) appointments you have the option of a 1.5 or 2 hour appointment, whichever fits your needs.

There is no required timeline for fills, however the majority of SE clients prefer to come in every 3-3.5 weeks.

*To be considered a fill you must have extensions remaining on both eyes, if 1(+) eye is extension free it is considered a full set.
